Dante Gagelonia is a writer and editor by trade and training, and over the years he’s honed those skills in different contexts: publishing, mass media, public relations, event management, IT, and the academe. Communications management is also part of Dante’s portfolio, and he has handled aspects such as media strategies, institutional branding and internal communications in both corporate and NGO settings. He enjoys the variety of being a creative consultant, and the flexibility of developing tailor-made solutions.
Dante is currently focusing his efforts as the editor of the Mulat Pinoy-Kabataan News Network youth media initiative administered by Probe Media Foundation, Inc. The initiative trains young people to responsibly produce media content and report on issues that concern them, and works with like-minded entities and government agencies to achieve that goal.
